Hey, m back again, almost after an year...
but this time duration waz really awessome. I entered into the corporate world from college world,
it waz a bit difficult to adopt dis transition but somehow, thats the fact i (and everyone) have to accept as you move on in your life.
I saw some job switches in this period, according to people which wazn't required at fresher's level, but i dun agree..
why one should adjust with the job profile if he/she dint get the one which is he/she looking for... just because that individual is fresher..???
I found myself lucky to get the opportunities in this venture of searching for a good job profile in which I am interested...
Venture is a word which indicates something biiig and being a fresher dis waz biig for me..
Lets start from June, I missed the first n last college IV juss because of nothing... I had to join RCOM from 14th of june as i waz placed in through (so called) college placements...
those were worst days in my life ever... seriously, the job profile waz worst..(now reading dis, dun interpret that why i did not ask before..I did)...only the good things overder waz
my colleagues and college mates Soniya, Alok, Priyanka and Ramkumar... Thanks to all u guys.
Somehow with the help of these guyz I survived fr almost 30 days at RCOM (16 days of Bulshitt training + 4 leaves + 4 days on job + 6 days of weekoffs = 30 days)...
but then gettin more frustrated finally, i tuk d decision to resign and hell as always had conflicts wid dept head..
so many frnds and clgmates started criticising my decision..but I waz ok with it...
even for me also that was kinda risk, as i had no alternate of job except sitting at home and do sum courses...
bt i got another opportunity in terms of MASTEK..one of the leading IT company...yeah, i joined mastek in august...
I had training till nov end almost and i got another chance to get in to product company, being a fresher i waz damn confused whether to go for it or not..
It waz a small company but the better one, and yeah one of my best frnds "Siddharth Desai" helped me out solving mah confusion...I switched again,..Switched to Zycus Infotech in dec...
and yeah I entered hell, but i dunno why, I started enjoyin life in hell, Training overder was really rigorous, but got to learn hell lot of things...!! After the training i could say
proudly that "I am a java developer"... It totally changed my routine schedule, had to spend atleast 12-13 hrs in office during the training....but i'll never furget those 3 months,
my training batchmates n yeah, the training room as well. the last day of training waz awesssome, Kasbah Lounge, drinks and frnds, then those 3 hrs at powai lake at nyt after 1, n chit-chatting wid frnds waz rele unforgettable..
Then i got into R&D department, and the real work starts...but yeah verrrry important thig, I am enjoyin it a lott...
Its been almost a year (just 15 days short) to having completed the college, got to learn so many things, and still vill have to learn more and more...
during this, I noticed a biiig difference between clg life and ofc life.... I waz much much richer when i waz in clg,
I paid to college to bunk lecs, but here ofc is paying me to be present and to work....
lot of things happened in just a year and i really dunno how the year passed...whthr the time ran faster or me....
Anywayz, dis is how my whole year waz...happening, boring, funny, just everything...now luking ahead for my b'day and a big trip again after 2 years wid ULTIM8 (school group) and sum clg frnds...
(P.S. :- I dunno what i wanted to say exactly in this blog post, but just the random thots and my whole year i tried to scrapped down...hope u liked it..)
